Through the stone to your zone - 17 to 16

Thought I would start one off for anyone who is working their way from 17 stone to 16 stone! I was hoping I would be out of the 17's quickly but although I've been on track I haven't been as good as I should so this week I've been a changed woman. Let's see how it goes, my weigh in is on a Thursday.

How's everyone else doing?

I'm in! I started sw online 2 weeks ago weighing 17 St 2lb and after my 2nd weigh in I am now at 16st 7.5lb so I'm very happy but still miles away from my target weight!

Thanks Elen , 2 1/2lbs off today! Yay! Time to start planning for next week.. Haha.. I am hoping to lose another 2 so I can my stone a half award.

When do you weigh in? How have you been so far this week?

Excellent, well done you!

Well I do it online but my official WI day is Sunday, I've been a bit obsessed with getting on the scales every single day so I'm trying to stay off them this week! It's been a good week so far, I find it easy when I'm at work because I can pre-prepare all my meals and not deviate from the plan, weekends are always harder! We have some friends coming over tomorrow night so we'll probably go out for a meal and I'll probably end up eting something naughty

I really struggle with weekends too, I find it easier in the weeks as well because of pre-planning but weekends are hard when you are home and have more temptation to hand. Plus the other half isn't as interested so he is always hinting or ordering take always, I've learnt to say no but it's very tempting!

Thankfully I don't have scales or I'd be obsessed too, I lost 2 and a half stone last year (quickly put it back on) but I was doing it at home just eating as healthy as possible and going to the gym. I was obsessed with weighing in at the gym and I think that's where I went wrong as if I didn't have a good week I ate complete junk and was really upset.

My SW consultant always says that the best thing to do if you're eating out is to make suitable swaps, chips - jacket potato and/or salad. Steak instead of burger etc. If you're anything like me then you won't But enjoy it what ever you have!

Haha I do try to make sensible swaps but it's hard! I think I feel that because I'm paying for the meal, I should have whatever I like, which I know is sabotaging my weight loss!

Haha! Isn't it funny the way we think? Well I say Elen eat what ever you fancy, (have a little extra for me!) but just make sure that you work really hard over the other days to get it back off!

Hello! I'm new, doing sw from home after joining last year but didn't like the group so restarting at home again! I'm roughly 16.5 so hoping to get into the next bracket soon but have lost 30lbs and seemed to have maintained from last year!
