Well, I am creeping my way down to the 16 mark... weighed in at 16 st 2 lb today and have lost 1 st since starting 6 weeks ago!

Hi All,
I weighed in today and had lost 2.5lbs, just a 1lb off my 2 stone award but I achieved my club 10 so I have a lovely glittery book

Congratulations Lyndsey, what an achievement!
I've not had a great couple of weeks, I've had 2 conferences, which basically involves being wined and dined for a couple of days with very little choice in what you have. Normally I love this, but it's hard when you're trying to stick to an eating plan! I was at one last week and I still managed to lose 2 lb so I'm chuffed with that but I'm not sure I'll be so lucky after the one this week (there was a LOT of food and I just gave in... it's free food, I can't resist!). I am home and back in control now though so hopefully I can do some damage limitation before WI on Sunday.
