Could someone double check my syn count?

Hi All,

I'm back on slimming world in a bid to lose my baby weight and I wondered if someone could check my syn count for today?

Breakfast
2 eggs, baked beans and 2x wholemeal slices of bread from a 400g loaf (HEX B).

Lunch
Stir fried chicken and vegetables with garlic, soy, chilli and sweet chilli sauce ( two table spoons = 3 syns

Dinner
Hunters chicken with slimming world chips, broccoli and asparagus (100g of cathedral city mature cheese sprinkled over 3 chicken breasts). My partner had 1.5 chicken breasts and I had 1. Now I'm struggling to syn this - 4??? Or more?
1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 syn

Snacks
A banana
Some raspberries
Milk in my two cups of tea (is this my HEXA)?

Your syns look ok.

With regards to the cheese, just divide the 100g by 3. You get 33.33 for each chicken breast. As that's slightly over the healthy extra allowance (30g) so I would count that as your hexa and add an extra syn too.
I imagine the milk in your tea won't have been enough to use up the milk allowance (250ml semi skimmed, 350ml skimmed) so I would add some syns for that, only a couple maybe (depending on how much you pour in) if you have really milky tea add more syns.

The only other thing I would suggest is add more speed foods to your meals (fruit/veg) make sure they fill at least 1/3 of your plate x

Ok brilliant thank you! With regards to the cheese - I was going on 20g cheese = 4 syns. This is where it gets complicated for me and I get confused.

I see what you mean. Look at the healthy extra side first, it usually works.
You can have 30g full fat cheese or 40g reduced fat
