I agree with all of the above and would also say that sometimes exercise can show a "false gain" keep with it, if you are exercising a lot the inches will fall off before the weight but you certainly will lose weight too
Hi I am two weeks in (weigh in is tonight). I agree with what has been said but I noticed you have boil in the bag rice which I believe has syn values as it is only dried that is free, but you aren't having syns at the moment so that won't have anything to do with the gain. If you have a food baby are you constipated? I have always had trouble in that department and have a few food baby's in the last fortnight! Definitely drink more water. I have switched from tea at work (where people took turns making it) to fruit tea because I had no idea how much milk they were adding or if it was semi or skimmed. Also when you exercise your muscles retain water to heal.
Another thing - a week has not passed yet since you started - I was 9st 13 on Monday, 10 stone yesterday and 9st 12 today (on my scales so will be different again at WI tonight). So you might be surprised once a week has passed.
I started SW at 10 st 4.5 (on their scales in the evening) and want to get down to around 9 stone so we have similar amounts to lose.
