If you use Facebook then try a group called SYNS ALLOWED for what I personally think is the greatest assist to slimming world. They have just about everything in supermarkets covered with syn value. I end up walking round store checking things to the annoyance of other customers.
But they can reach around me now, unlike before I started lol
