Wind?

So, slightly embarrassing, especially as this is my first post, but I have just completed my 3rd week and I am suffering massively with wind!!

Someone please tell me this will eventually stop?

Has anyone else suffered with it, and is there anything else I can do to prevent it?

Thank you

Oh yes, I'm sure we can all relate to this! I find peppermint tea quite helpful. Others prefer a probiotic drink like yakult. If you've got trapped wind you can buy tablets from the supermarket which help. All I can say is...better out than in! 💨

Yes my husband goes on and on about it like he's never suffered himself!! It is embarrassing and can be painful too. I've got IBS and sometimes it's difficult to tell what's exacerbating it.

Some veg make it worse than others so it might be worth looking up what veg to limit yourself to, and avoid mixing them. I once ate onions with cabbage and felt like I was going to explode until my mum told me that they both cause wind and you shouldnt eat them both at the same time!

Thank you, I will try to limit my veg then, and 9 weeks and you are still windy? :-(

I feel like I am constantly holding one in when I am working lol, I work at a library, not the best place to let one off lol

Bella just picturing you letting go in the library. I can recommend Remegel and I have an Actimel every morning. Don't know if that helps?
