Hi, well done getting back down to it.

What did you find easy about it before? What worked? If you can look at positive things that you did in the past to lose weight and apply those that may help. Also meal planning - planning your diet for tomorrow.. today..

also don't binge tonight no 'blow out' meal or night, you'll just be doing more damage. Think of it that you're starting the foundations already, making the plans and acting on them tomorrow.

You can totally do this - I felt so bad when I joined a group and needed the support as had been losing a few lbs then gaining it back, eating the things I KNEW would make me gain but still doing it. Accountability has really helped me and I've felt great at every weigh in from there on in.

Are you joining a group? it might be worth it especially as you've been struggling.

Hi, well done on deciding to get back on plan.

PurpleJ has given some great advice, I don't think I add anything other than to say good luck, you can do it this time.

As PurpleJ has said... meal plan. It's the only thing that works for me.
The only other piece of advice I could give is take it one meal at a time. If you fall off plan get back on with your next meal. You can do it. Good luck

Like everyone else said, planning is key, but if I'm honest, I get sick of planning sometimes.

I completely understand where you are coming from, I've been there plenty of times, and I've found myself doing the same kind of thing a few weeks ago.

Apart from what others have suggested, the only thing I can suggest is to make sure you plan some sort of treats into your week. Maybe plan to have some sort of fakeaway on a Friday night, or actually go out somewhere during the week/weekend for a meal or drinks.

Don't avoid using your syns, make sure you use them. You don't have to use all of them, just make sure you use some. Whether it's a bag of crisps, or bar of chocolate, or sauces with meals. Throw them into your day somewhere.

Good luck hun, we're all here for you if you need us xx

I am the same mummybear, once I start I jsut don't stop sometimes! So I try and have the treats while I am out so that I don't have them in the house.
I don't really have any advice except for make sure you eat your syns and plan your meals. I know its sort of frowned upon in some circles but I tend to use my syns up as and when I want them, working on 105 a week. So one day I might eat 35 and then another day I might only have 2 or 3, other days I don't have any. You could see if that could work for you?

I know how you all feel , i am a repeat offender,do well for a few days/weeks and then completely fall off the wagon! I am trying to take one day at a time , but also trying to plan my weekly meals in advance , i bought myself a weekly chalkboard planner , and write up the weeks menu!!! It can be very hard to stick to things so anything to give me encouragement keeps me going , this is a great place for suport ! Xx
