Anyone still in this group? I started off at 16st 13.5lb now at 15st 7.5lb so firmly in this group!

How is everyone getting on?

Hi all, new to this forum and first time posting on this thread.

I joined SW in January and have moved from the 16s (very high 16!) to the 15s to the 14s to the 13s and am now at the 12s and sincerely hope to be at the 11s within the next 3 weeks.

What keeps me motivated is that I keep looking forward to moving into the next stone zone but midway I can look forward to getting a new half stone award :-)

Well I'm 15st 13lbs and hoping to see the pounds go and see the 14 stone mark.

First week weigh in and I've lost 4lbs so I'm happy with that. I now weigh 15st 9lbs, on the way down now yay!!
