Just received order from company called muscle food & was surprised at how much food I received. Had their hache steaks for tea tonight & just wondered if anyone else is using this company for meat/chicken etc.

What do you think of quality & what's your fav foods from them, I'm new to SW & new to muscle food so don't want to over syn through ignorance

I don't do Slimming World so don't have to worry about syns.

I find the quality is good. I don't buy any of their sausages or burgers.

I usually stock up with turkey steaks,minced turkey,minced beef,chicken breast,diced chicken. Buy the bacon medallions occasionally and their steaks if I can get them on an offer.

Because I'm Gluten free I buy Sainsburys burgers which are on offer today and tomorrow for £1.65 instead of £3.50. And I use Sainsburys sausages.I don't like Musclefood ones they taste to dry.
