I'm currently sitting at 13st 11lb. Got a busy week this week and we're away this weekend at a VW festival, so there may be a little partaking of the alcoholic beverages! So we'll see how that works out on the scales on Tuesday.

Planning ahead is always a great idea.

As I said above, we're camping this weekend, but I've prepped a SW quiche, ham wrapped asparagus, some syn free smoked salmon pate, lots of salad and stuff for the barbeque. Then on Saturday night we're going to cook up a massive SW paella on our friend's Cadac gas barbeque.

So as long as the food is all good, should leave me a bit of leeway with the alcohol!

Oooh does that mean you have a VW camper van? Jealous!
I like your plan. Eat well and saving SYNs for booze. I'll be stealing that idea

Ha ha! Yes, we have a campervan, and my sister and I have joint ownership of a beetle too...here they are - the orange van and beetle. The yellow van is our friends.
