Well the Reception was for an Asian wedding (my goodness, they're outfits are amazing and the bride was stunning!)

I ate lots...

Mint raita, mango chutney, one lamb shish kebab, one spicy potato, two samosas, salad, tandoori chicken drumstick. Some spoonfuls of chicken and spinach curry (I would have normally had moreM), one chapatti, some pilau rice. Then a spoonful of dessert which was a carrot thing with sugar and honey (really nice actually as I can't stand carrots!)

They were really all so welcoming and one of the bride's family members was with us making sure we had enough to eat, ordering more when we'd had some,; I felt that I wanted to eat to celebrate with them and the food was gorgeous. Back in plan today though!

B - Weetabix (hexb), skimmed milk (hexa), banana and tea with skimmed milk (hexa)
L - scrambled egg with beans and ham with some cheese (part of my hexa) - didn't eat much as my mother in law came round to see the little one
D - SW chicken curry with half a plate of veg and SW onion bhajis (5 syns)
Snacks - grapes, 3 x apples, a packet of my daughter's crisps (we shared so 3.5 syns)
Ending the day on 8.5 syns

Good luck at the seaside LittleLady... Take a packed lunch with you is my advice

Hope you had a lovely day at the seaside, littlelady, and that the ice-cream wasn't too tempting.

Sounds like the wedding was a lovely experience, SpoonyMoose....definitely worth having a flexi-day.

Another day on plan for me (the scales best reward me for my virtue on weds!!)

B: Scrambled egg with mushrooms, peppers and ham (brown sauce 2syns)
L: leftover fish stew from yesterday
D: sw-style lasagne (low fat cheese on top..6syns)
HexA: skimmed milk
Snacks: fruit and slice of toast with marmite (HexB)

Morning all!

I'll start my food list for today...

B - overnight Weetabix (x 2 - hexb), with raspberry and cranberry Mullerlight yogurt and 40ml milk (hexa) as the yoghurt needed to be a little thinner, with a banana and grapes and two cups of tea with skimmed milk (hexa)

Well done on resisting the ice cream! If you took the batter of the fish, then it's classed as syn free (though in my opinion, the batter is the best bit! )

Def. batter is the best bit. If you enjoyed it, then it was worth it. Draw a line and forget about it, I say!
