The chronic indigestion I had before stopped.
Taking my trousers off and then noticing that I hadn't undone the button or zip, then just easily slipped off. They were snug fit not so long ago.
Feeling calm and laid back as blood sugar in balance because of healthy eating instead of being on a sugar roller coaster of highs and lows.

those are awesome NSVs Sally!

I haven't really felt much of a difference yet, other than just being happier/more energy. I can't wait until my clothes start feeling loose!

My NSV today was trying on a size 12 dress and having to buy a size 10 as it was too big and also buying three pairs on size 10 jeans! Eeek!

I've only ever bought one size 10 item; it was when I was 16, it was a goth top and it was very snug (as in I wore it cos I really liked it and it was in the sale but only in that size )

Thanks! I don't think I'm quite a size 10 yet but having a few bits in definitely inspiration. I think the jeans were kind or a good fit but nonetheless it's a NSV!

You'll be in those size 10s in no time!
