No I dopn't think it would be synned, it's only things like using smash

The only thing I'd suggest is keep an eye on whether you notice your losses changing, and if they start to slow down or you get a couple of gains, just reduce how much of it you eat. Fruit has that effect on me... too much too often usually has the wrong effect with me lol

thanks sarah its always good too have someone remind you. I don't often eat veggie sausages as I prefer too cook from scratch but I saw this recipe and gave it a go was very nice and had it for lunch last two days the gnocchi was a disaster the smash mixture was so wet its gone more like smash biscuits wont be doing that again still hubby can have a random smash topped curry tonight he he :-)
