Food Dump - Dump it here, not in your mouth!

I hope nobody minds me setting up another thread.

I thought it might be helpful to have somewhere to 'dump' any tempting food that threatens to knock you off course here.

For example, I have just gone to make a coffee in the work kitchen, and some cretin has bought donuts from Morrisons as we have just wrapped up a project.

I could have had one - I am knackered from no sleep and really fancied the sugar for a little 'perk'.

But I walked away! so that is 9 syns in the 'bank' that I didn't splurge, and that nasty sugary donut in the dump! (it is nice to know that I could have had it if I fancied it though, just reduced syns for the rest of the day).

Anyone else want to fling something in the dump rather than down their gullet?

Well done you on walking away!

I'd like to join you in dumping some food... two other ladies in my office came back from our canteen with cheese on toast and it's all I can smell now! Cheese is my downfall, so it's a little annoying knowing I can't have it.
Safe to say I'll be eating my hex a when get home, just as it is though, I've already had my hex b lol

Well done on dumping the foods.

Don't forget you can always syn them into a day when you feel like a treat.

But this was cheese on toast with white bread, and lots of full fat cheese... that would equate to at least 3 malibu & diet coke's lol
And if I hadn't already had cereal, it would have been my treat tonight but I'll probably do that Saturday morning (the mornig after the night out lol )

Something else to add... Just been to a class where the students were meant to serve us food and drinks (tea & coffee) but of course the food was sandwiches and cakes... I sat there like a complete lemon and declined them all, although because I am trying to avoid bread anyway, it wasn't too bad... especially when the first sandwich offered was egg :/ I don't like egg, so that was an easy refusal lol

Yep, that is down the disposal hatch too, well done. Keep them coming!

You can always blame food allergies if you get backed into a corner - I quite often tell people I am allergic to things, or if I don't want to drink booze, that I have a bladder infection. That soon shuts them up!
