Syn free week coming up for me!
2 bottles of crabbies, large rosé, 3 fosters radlers, will have take away on the way home! Bollocks! That's about a gazillion syns!!

I dread to think how many i had on thurs - 2.8lbs worth the next day anyway. So yeh, Syn free week here too #oops!

Bloody hell that must have been a lot! I've done quite well today, left over curry for breakfast (no sauce on it so not too bad), some fruit, too much orange juice and just had a veg stir fry! I usually make far too much and eat til I'm stuffed, but I limited how much I cooked and felt loads better for it! Still hungry now mind, but might have sone pitta and houmus later!

Yeah a lot  id have dropped 10st by now if i didnt have cheat days, but life cant always be boring!

I think I've probably lost 10st in the last 6m thanks to my cheat days! If only I could limit them so I'm not constantly yo-yoing!!

That alcoholic Ginger beer! They've brought out a strawberry and lime one which is lush! And an orange one, which is vile, but my OH made me drink it cos it was £4.10 theres a raspberry one too, but I don't do raspberries!
