Hopefully won't be here much longer guys  3lbs off this week, a lovely surprise. Taking me to 11st 2lbs, and a 6 stone loss in total

It's with great pleasure that I say bye to you all for now! Just about got in that 10 stone range after a 2.5lb loss. I may be back in the 11 range next week after a planned off-plan day this weekend, but fingers crossed :P

I'm finally coming to join you lovely people in here I managed to get to 11st 13lbs this week 
I really hope to never be in the 12's ever again!
