At least it was expected! My weigh in is tonight, been counting down to it all week. Been on plan all week, so will be disappointed with anything lower than 1.5lbs.
Good luck with SP! I've only ever done a couple of days at a time, haven't felt the need to commit to a week just yet :P They were OK as I'd planned out my meals and syns, but a week would definitely be a challenge for me.

Good luck tonight!
I've never been committed enough to try SP to be honest, but I figured seeing as I tried all the other options on SW (including FastForward when that was around... that was tough!) why not give this one a go I'm curious to see how much it affects my losses, plus I'm hoping it gives me a real boost in that department, I can sense I'm going to get complacent again lol
I can't promise I'll do the entire week, but I'll try most of the week at least
I'm quite enjoying having to be creative with my meals, finding an alternative to pasta/rice/potato that keeps me filled and not bloated

Thanks, fingers crossed!
Is FastForward not a thing anymore? I started last September, and I heard it mentioned, but it was a very last resort thing, and from what I gathered, it was at the consultants' discretion as to whether to give someone the plan or not. The person could take it home and return it to the consultant the week after (not that they couldn't have photocopied it :P)
I've heard of some fantastic losses on SP, so fingers crossed for you!
I replaced SW chips with butternut squash chips and added cajun, they were really tasty! I also tried the cauliflower rice. I only microwaved it so it was basically just cauliflower, but I've heard people fry it and it some garlic to give it some more flavour.

No not really, they try to encourage SP instead now. Although I know someone who has just been given the info because she's become really stuck and isn't losing even though she's on plan. So I think it is still a massive last resort 'booster'
I've heard loads of people rave about the cauli rice so I've been really curious. Might try the frying idea with some Gallic, thanks Matt! like the idea with the chips too, that could be tomorrow's dinner

Hope you like it! I don't think it's anything to rave about, but it's an alright substitute for when you need it
Well guys, I said it'd be last week or this week, but I'm off! Lost 3lbs tonight, taking me to 11st 12lbs! Good luck guys and see you all in the next thread soon
