Hopefully this will either my first and last post in here, or I'll have my last one next week!

Weigh in is tomorrow, and I'm a little nervous! Had a bbq on Friday, and whilst I didn't go wild, I wasn't the best either. I'd guess I had around 50-60 syns, so I've been cutting back these past few days and saved 33 syns in total, so after saving another 10 or so today, I shouldn't be too many over if I were doing the weekly syn count.

Very excited to be in the 11 range, can't even remember the last time in my life I was there!

Me neither Matt! Although I highly doubt I have a loss later (my weekend was full of cocktails and pints... Oops!!) I'm hoping I can really get on it this week and have a good enough loss next week

ooh just the thought of seeing the 11s makes me just want to try that much harder!

Tomorrow I'm going to the pub for my friends birthday, I may treat myself to a drink or two but I'll eat really well and I may go for a run beforehand too.

Half a pound on for me tonight, but I'm more than happy with that this week!
Back on it for next week, determined to get into those 11's!

Hi all! I'm joining this thread for the first and hopefully last time... ☺
I'm currently at 12st 2lb after putting on 1.5lb last week.
After a sneaky weigh on Saturday I found I was back down to 12st 0.5lb. Its weigh day tomorrow. I've been really good. Hoping to make it into the 11's, eek! Fingers crossed x

Yay!! I have found a new home. Cast aside from Minimins and at dieting sea for a few weeks I am back on the SW Wagon.

Hoping to get into the 11's soon. 10 lbs to go.

Looks like I gave you my half a pound Sarah, as that's what I lost at weigh in tonight :P

Admittedly a little disappointed, but it's not like I can say I was 100% on plan! Absolutely nothing on in terms of meals or nights out, so really, really hoping to lose a pound and a half this week. In the past my low losses have often been followed up by some of my biggest, so fingers crossed :P

Went out for a meal not long before weigh in (I always eat before weigh in anyway) and so glad I was sensible or I'd have left group prepared for another low loss! Steak, jacket potato, peas and mushrooms, yum! And barbecue sauce for 2.5 syns on the side.

1.5lbs on for me last night, but it was expected ( I expected more to be honest!) but I'm back on it this week, SP for a few days, possibly the whole week.... we'll see lol
