Woohoo! 2lbs down this week so now 12.1! Fingers crossed next week I have another good loss

That is brilliant Kayley!! Well done! SW fry up was actually really nice. Now to try and combat cravings for chocolate while sat in front of the TV today

Sarahb, have you discovered the hifi bars? The choc orange one is great for curbing my chocolate cravings! 2 for a healthy b choice or only 3 Syns each if you've had your b choice already

I'd also recommend the light Benefit bars from Aldi. The chocolate fudge ones are gorgeous and really chewy. They're 2½ syns and really hit the spot!

Hi everyone! 
I'm joining you from the 13-12s thread now I've made it to 12st 12.5lb.
This is the first time I've been in the 12s since I was a teenager (I'm now 40...so a good long while ago).
