I have a greek salad (without the olive oil). Crustless quiche. Cous cous with sun dried tomatoes. Olives. Chicken drum sticks. Pasta salad (low mayo with ham and peppers, cucumber etc).

That pretty much does me and everyone else and they don't even know it's syn free
