Hi all

I am new to the forum and looking for some inspiration. I joined slimming world back in December 2014 and have lost 8.5lbs. It was 10.5lbs but I have put two pounds back on over the past two weeks which has really knocked me back.

I am struggling for motivation and was wondering if there are any tips or help that anyone can offer?

Thanks so much

two pounds is not to much I am sure if you can take care of that in not time ...also I know when its my time of the month i can easily take 2 pounds and lose them right after ...

Drink a lots of water dont lose your motivation and just keep going you are doing well

Hello Lauren! I completely agree with Befit! 2 pounds is nothing. Every woman's weight is changing during the month, if you understand what I mean So do not lose your motivation! Keep going and do not stop and you will get great results for sure.

2 pounds is definitely nothing! I agree with Ginger, I 'put on' three pounds and it wouldn't move but I was doing everything right. Stepped on the scales this morning and it was gone! Take measurements - my jeans were hanging off me, even though I was heavier. The scales aren't everything. Good luck :-)

2lbs is not a number to throw in your motivation , that 2lbs could be for lot's of reasons. Stand on the scales, drink a pint of water and stand back on ... I can flutuate 1-2lbs through the week, I'm terrible for weighing daily YOU CAN DO IT, don't give up!

Do you exercise? GiGi I take it you do?
