I have just joined and a little confused. It seems you can eat so much of all the things that are usually off limits on a diet such as potatoes, pasta. I read that you have to fill a third of your plate with superfree foods. So for example, if I choose to eat the spaghetti bolognase receipe do I also put a third of superfree foods on my plate

Hello Dendale,

Welcome to Social Slimmers!

Yes aim for at least 1/3 of your plate. Bol is usually made up of plenty of veg, even the tin tomatoes... tomatoes are super free.

Although pasta and potatoes are free I personally always ate them in moderation, I think some people can go overboard with the 'free' at first (a friend of mine did)!

Good luck on Slimming World
