Can anyone give me some advice? I joined SW as I was always hungry on WW lol.

I work full time - can anyone suggest something I can take to work to eat for lunch? I want to use my HEB for my porridge for breakfast, so obviously sandwiches are out, without using a lot of syns. I do have access to a microwave - and I don't like salads.

Suggestions please? I need to lose 21lbs

How about a Pasta or Rice dish. Savoury Rice is Free as are Mugshots. Homemade soups are great to warm up. I make soup in my slow cooker, then warm up what I want. Tuscan Bean Soup without the bread, or Cockerleike. Loads of recipes on the website, or buy a few recipe books. SW is due to produce through Iceland a range of Frozen meals which will help you.

I love crustless quiches too. No harder to make than an omelette and your can totally load it with syn free fillers to keep you fuller for longer

I got into a habit last year of going to Sainsburys in the evening and picking up a reduced chicken, roasting and shreading. Throw in a preprepared bag salad and you have a couple of days worth of lunch. A tablespoon of light mayo or cottage cheese are syn friendly if you want to don't want it too dry

Keep a reserve Mug Shots pasta and noodles just incase as they are syn free
