Hi everyone started sw on Wednesday, been a member before an managed to loose a stone but have put that back on plus another stone. Feeling positive that this time I will stick to it and keep it off, wish me luck

It's was a while ago but I think it took 5-6 weeks, I've done loads of diet- sw, weightwatchers, Rosemary Connelly & slimfast to name a few. Sw felt like the healthiest option an going by the other members I've seen at group the biggest losses have been at sw, it's tough going but I think staying to meeting and staying positive is the best bet for results. Good luck with your weight loss journey Carla xxx
