Hi Cath, you seem to be doing everything right to me. If you are using free food as a snack you don't have to eat the superfree. You could though try snacking on fruit or superfree foods I suppose which might help.
Main thing is - if you are having a sneaky peek during the week it's not necessarily an indicator of where you will be come weigh in day. I am dreadful for doing it haha. Sometimes it seems I am not losing then boom all at once the loss is showing. Try not to worry too much, just keep going, write everything down and I am sure it will start happening for you come weigh in day. I've been exactly where you are, feeling the same way so I completely understand worrying about it. But try not to, I am sure you are on the right track.

My sister just started Slimming World and she rang me the other day saying she had "only" lost 3.5lbs in her first two weeks - that's a quarter of a stone! I said - that's brilliant!! It's normal to be hard on ourselves but we need to see every lb or half lb as the massive step forward it is - they really all do add up
