That time again!!!

Only lost half a pound this week 😢 but I don't know why tho as been very good the only thing I've done different is have magic porridge for breakfast an I had 2 green days this week when I usually only have one. On the bright side I've lost 13 an a half pounds in 4 weeks which I think is great 😃

13 an a half pounds in 4 weeks is amazing We all have our weeks where we don't lose as much as planned.

I've been hiding for the last week because I've actually put a little bit on

I've yet to try green days as I don't fully understand them.

What were you having for breakfast before you started the porridge?

Hi Mitch....I was just having sum fruit mainly bananas. It eat pretty much everything with a salad at lunch an dinner times but there was a couple of days where I didn't have many super free foods. I'm racking my brains to why I only lost half a pound cuz I've stuck to it 110% but like u said there will b times when not as much as u like will come off. So this week plenty/loads of super free foods an hopefully I.ll have a bigger loss. So how u been doin u said you've put sum on?

Well done Lisa You are doing brilliantly. I found initially on SW that I would have a big loss, a small loss, a big loss for the first couple of months. I think it's better to lose steady in the long run so after your amazing losses I think having a week with a bit less is still excellent Very well done, keep up the great work xxx

Well done! That is still a good loss and better than a gain Often we will lose a lot of weight at the start of a diet and then it slows down. You may find that you lose more next week, as sometimes the weight loss can stall and then kickstart again

Some weeks out weight loss can slow down, as long as you're going in the right direction? I think the amount you have lost is great well done.

Befit is right about time of month if it's around 'that' time, we all hate that

Lots of super free food is good but definitely don't deprive yourself of the things you like, I hear people say all the time they gain weight back on quickly when they cut down too much on other things. How many syns are you using each day on a arrange? x

I was thinking mayb I should cut back on the salads an eat more of the other foods I'm allowed to eat freely. Mayb I'm not having enough calories cuz of eating salads instead of the long list of other foods I can eat too. I'm on the mini pill an don't seem to have a proper period I just spot from time to time which I was doin last week. I have around 10syns a day sum times less. Thanks for your help guys i really appreciate it x x
