Going to bed hungry is one of the things that always ends up killing my diet. I can control myself in the daytime. I have more trouble in the evenings.
On day 3 now, so far so good. I am yet to go over 10 syns for each day and I dont feel hungry. Having 3 meals a day (never used to!) and eating as much veg as possible to fill me up!
