Yay!!!

Lost 2 and a half pounds this week that's 13pound in 3 weeks woohoo!!!

Hey jeans I'm very proud of myself I lost 8 an half pounds the first week which was great. I'm doin slimming world it's a great diet. I Actually don't even feel like I'm on a diet 😃

Wow Lisa, you are doing amazingly well, I must be doing something wrong as I only lost 2.5lb my first week 😕

Thanks. I eat mainly red days as carbs make me weigh heavy. I eat a lot of salads an try to stay clear of any packet stuff. I make a lot of the syn free quiches made with cottage cheese duno if you've tried them yet but there lush an u can pretty much throw anything in it. I mainly make smoked bacon an onion yum yum!!!

I'm doing extra easy, carbs are probably my biggest downfall but I try to only have one portion a day and mix it up so don't have pasta, rice or potatoes two days running.
Tbh when I joined the normal consultant was away and the stand in is new so I don't think she have us all the information we needed. Although this week I was told that I'm not eating enough sins which did confuse me a little but I've taken that on board and am aiming for a few more each day.

Oh ok my consultant is great abit over the top if I'm honest but she's just passionate bout it bless her. I did slimming world a few years back so I got my head around the green an red days I can't get my head around extra easy lol I have one day where I do green an the rest red. To b honest I really don't feel like I'm on a diet it's great the best diet I've ever dun. I have around 10 syns a day. It's hard to work out how many syns to have cuz if u don't eat enough calories u won't lose weight or if u eat to many u don't lose any weight lol hope that make sense lol. How long have u been doin sw?

I'm just coming towards the end of my second week.
Tbh the sins are the things in struggling to get my head around, that and forcing myself to eat breakfast, I wasn't eating enough sins the first week so I'm aiming for 7-12 this week and feel much better about it all.
