I made a great lasagne for 7 of my friends the other day (2 are also on SW) and we used Quark mixed with Framage frais for white sauce with our healthy option A allowance of cheese on top. Those not on a diet didn't even notice the recipe change and all said how nice it was.

I also used half extra lean mince and half quorn mince (that way you don't notice the texture difference).

My take on slimming world ham, pea and ham pasta

350g pasta
175g frozen peas
2 leeks
150ml veg stock
120ml quark
2 eggs gammon steak

Cook pasta and add peas for last 3 mins..meanwhile
Chop up gammon steak and fry it with fry lite until half cooked
Add leeks and fry for few minutes
Add stock and simmer for 5- 10 mins depending how mushy you like your leeks.
Take off heat and mix the quark in with meat n leek, then add drained padta and peas.
Add the egg and stir continuosly over the heat for just a couple more minutes.
Add salt n pepper

Syn free, feeds 3/4 people!
