Thanks so much guys I'm very pleased with myself. Mitch I just drink loads weather it b tea coffee or squash. I eat everything with a load of either salad or veg an loads of fruit. I eat a lot of salads for dinner an for lunch I've been eating either salad or 4 rivitas with 2 extra light laughing cow triangles. Snackin on fruit through out the day. I have 6 to 10 syns an day mainly I have a curly wurly an a packet of French fries that adds up to 10syns. I measure everything that needs to b measured. I just do everythin by the book no cheating lol an I write everything down. I try my best on to eat things from a packet even if syn free cuz they still carrys Calories which obviously add up if u have to many. For example if u have a muller light yoghurt even tho there free if u was to each 10 in one day the calories would b high. Hope that makes sense lol
