I'm not a fan of honey either, I wouldn't have it pure, yuk but seems to work in porridge and stir fry recipes sooooo well, I was surprised.

You said you felt like you were constantly eating, gave your meal plan opening up to replies and I gave you some general suggestions/how I ate and opinions based on my own journey I didn't say you couldn't have a treat I merely gave what I would do at that specific meal, I didn't know the information that you don't eat pasta and that included is pre or post workout food, was just talking away

I just mean that compared to WW, SW seems to allow so much more food. Nothing that I'm eating is off limits on the plan, it's just that it's nerve-wracking not having those firm boundaries that WW gives you. I kind of enjoy the freedom though, I'm just nervous about Tuesday's WI.

I don't have all of the experience but I think that my food choices are 80% clean, so I'm not too worried about my Pops or snacks. My fruit consumption is much lower than it was a few months ago and I try to keep my protein up and sugars down where I can.

I'm sorry if you feel like I was blowing off your help, it's just that I've tried a lot of your suggestions before and they don't work for me. I do appreciate your help though.

Maybe I read your reply wrong, lack of tone through a computer, sorry ... I read it as you got quite defensive an thought woooo only trying to help , I always took others peoples ways and suggestions and worked those bits I wanted round me. I changed things gradually things I didn't think I would from January last year and still today I'm still making changes.

I wouldn't be worried about Tuesday but you will worry so try to just take it as it comes, relax and IF needs be have a look over your meal planning again, I've certainly done that plenty of times and when I've hit a plateau. I don't think there is anything wrong with your meals, was just talking away about what I learnt, adapted to and SW in general (their free stuff).

If eating clean that alone is healthy and nutritional, I've been looking into it and eating clean recently (much less processed foods), not 100% though, I will never be perfect

I didn't mean to sound defensive! There are things that I know I SHOULD be eating (almond milk, manuka honey, nuts and seeds...) but I just don't like them and refuse to make the switch. I'll never be perfect either

I guess I'll just need to keep on keeping on - I'll see what the scale gods decide next week!

I was just chattering on, I do that well just adding alternative thinking and ways if you feel you're eating too much... I hate no tone sometimes I definitely thought woooo was only being chatty

I use almond milk etc actually but only in my pre/post shakes, vanilla rice milk is nice in coffee though.

Well done btw if you don't have scales at home, I was a daily addict! Good luck for Tuesday, let us know how you get on which I'm sure you will be grand I did love SW, gave me the right kick up the rear end!

I do have scales at home and I'm an absolute slave to them but I've taken the batteries out and shoved them in a cupboard. I'm dying to have a peek but there's no point - I've paid for six weeks and I'm making sure I get the most for my money!

Hahaha. Bet you're not as bad as me. My morning routine is weighing when I get up, after I go to the "bathroom" (), after I get out the shower (before and after drying) and then again once I'm dressed It's become a bit of an obssession. I'll stand on them everytime I'm in the bathroom

Wow, that is a lot of weighing! I'd drive myself mental if I did that!

I was 100% on plan all weekend, exercised as planned and still didn't peek at the scales. I'm so nervous about class tomorrow as I have no idea what I'm facing - I've never gone a week without weighing in by myself!
