A was normally milk but sometimes laughing cow triangles. B was nearly always cereal as bread just isn't filling. Porridge is quite a good filling one xx
I'm trying to give up bread (I eat far too much) so I've started using mine on cereal and milk or scan bran and cheese. I do like the HiFi bars though!
About once a week I'll do roast vegetables with extra virgin olive oil so I'll use that as HEB.
