Amount of Syns? Weight vs Weight Loss

I'm sure I'll get this one explained tomorrow, but wondered if anyone here knows:
So you have an allowance of 15 syns per day. That seems to be a pretty standard number regardless of starting weight, how much you need to lose or level or activity. Before looking at Slimming World I looked at Weight Watchers Pro-Points which seem to take this into account. Surely there needs to be some flexibility to make it work with your lifestyle?
Just wondered?
I think it stays the same based on the theory that you need a certain amount of the "bad" foods or something. It's been a few years since I did it, but I think when you reach goal, you just raise the number of syns!
Could be wrong but it's an extra HEB choice and not more allocated syns!
Yeah the syns are always a maximum of 15. Once at target you add an extra a and b choice. If you still go onto lose you add another and another until you maintain
syns are not a maximum of 15 actually ladies (im a Slimming World consultant) & its worked out depending on your weight, the 5-15 is a general rule but some people get more x
I never knew that Nicky, thanks. I thought it was extra HEB but as mentioned above I wasn't sure. Does it depend on weight and height? x
And welcome

No it just goes by weight, anyone up to 16 stones get 5-15 syns and higher weights get allocated more depending on how heavy they are & whether they are male or female. You don't get allocated any more for exercise tho & the bit about increasing healthy extras when you reach target is correct x
