Use your syns. That is one of the main parts of slimming world. If you don't use them, you are at risk of some sort of binge when you start to crave things.
Use at least 5 everyday. You don't have to use all 15 everyday, but you need to use some. Your body needs some fat to be able to process everything, and cutting it all out completely isn't good for you. Slimming World is about changing your relationship with food, and having a healthy balance of the treats in your life. You'll be surprised at how much using your syns can increase your losses. They are there to be used for a reason
Keep up with the water too, 2 litres a day, not counting any tea/coffee or fizzy drinks.
My personal experience is that too much fruit can hinder losses, but you can balance that out once you increase your syns and increase your water intake.
I've seen lots of people who fall into the same position you're in, and it's usually because they aren't having any syns.
