Weighed myself first thing this morning.
A loss of 4lbs.
I am really pleased with myself.

Meeting a friend in town for coffee tomorrow morning. My SW buddy here.
Sunday evening going for a meal with friends. Mostly grilled steak, pork, chicken or fish. Choice of salads, vegetables, chips, rosti, boiled potatoes, rice as side dishes.
