1lb gain this week...I know why, I went over my syns a couple of days...but hopefully stay on track better next week. I am going to reintroduce a little fat into my diet by having alternate days of using semi skimmed milk. I've been constipated and one of the GI nurse specialists at work said it was related to cutting fat completely out of my diet.
Fat is needed for gut motility and cutting it out altogether and it would be better to reintroduce it will help my bowel movements be more regular
I'm also going to have a day off plan at the weekends and see how that goes.
Oh constipation is the worst...thanks for lookin in to it..had no idea it was from lack of fat in diet...ya i do have a cheat day after my weigh in to keep motivated😊but 1lb gain is nothin to worry abt..nxt week an itl fly off x
I'm quite shocked that I've actually lost weight this week, as I've gone over my weekly 105 syns but I have done a lot of walking and eaten a lot of speed foods so that combination has been my salvation I think!!
