Gained 1 lb this week! I wish I could say it's because I went off plan a bit this weekend but I weighed myself on Friday morning, having stuck rigidly to plan all week, and I had still gained. Very frustrating! I'm trying to tell myself that I have still lost half a stone over a 3 week period so on balance I am doing well. I don't think I drank as much water as I normally do this week, do you think that would make a difference?

Half a stone in 3 weeks is awesome! In the past, not drinking enough water has stalled me - it's...well...there's no way to put this delicately but it's has 'clogged me up' if that makes sense?

Stayed the same this week which is somewhat of a relief, as I honestly thought that I would gain. Thank goodness I'm back at work, more routine and 'normal' mealtimes!

Hang in there Elen - you'll likely see a good loss next week. looking at losses over a month is a good way of doing it as some do fluctuate.
Well done on the sts Kazoo.

Loss of 2lb! Now I'm cooking with gas! I really 'felt' this loss - suddenly less bloated and clothes fit a little better. Just as well, as I'm back in work and have no time to buy a whole new wardrobe!
