I lost 2.5lb making my total...
Lost 2.5lb tonight making my total 2st 4.5lb. Struggled to keep within syns this week so happy with this result.

well weighed in yesterday. am 13st 12lbs. heaver than i thought i was. had a loads of new people joining. knew loads of people there too which was great.

well back to slimming world today after some time off due my dad passing away suddenly. will see what the scales says and go from there. hoping i have not put on too much while i was away. line drawn and starting afresh from today.weigh in this morning so will post later to let you know.
