Well done Thistle that is great going! 10lb down in 2 weeks! Bet you didn't dream that could happen when you signed up.

Well done Thistle!

Mine was 1.5lbs on, but I expected more so I'm happy with that

Trying SP this week, so will see what effect that has next week! (Fingers crossed!)

Hello all,

Well done on the losses, and I'm sorry about the gains! Sometimes we do have rubbish weeks.

It was my first weigh in yesterday and I am down 13lbs! I am really chuffed! Especially as I semi got my monthly on Sunday. (I am on the implant so I don't get it at all ordinarily, but if I lose over 8lbs it triggers a really half hearted period - weird but I guess I can't complain). I reckon a good amount of that was water weight but I will take it!

I know this week will not be as good, so I will just take it as it comes! I have always found that my second week is either a small one or a sts.

Good luck for the week ahead!

Woohoo! Well done HW The main thing about the following weigh in is to make sure we don't let it get to us, but you sound like you're absolutely on plan and not missing much of anything, so I'm sure you'll be fine whatever the result

My gain was completely expected, so I'm under no illusions where it came from!

I never have minded a gain if I knew where it was from! It was the sneaky no reason ones that got to me!

Well done HW, what a fantastic start!

Good luck for this week Sarah, I'm sure a week on SP will give you a good result on the scale next Monday.

Too right PurpleJ, it is a real boost and is great motivation to carry on. I still find it difficult to believe that I can eat more than I ever have before yet lose weight.

Me too I must admit I'm finding it easier than I thought I would. Even when the kids have sweets it's not bothering me.
