Hey guys! Long time no post!
I haven't been online properly for a while. But it's lovely to see all the familiar names in this thread, and noticing big differences in the diet statistics under your usernames! Holy crap Spoony, massive congrats on reaching your new target!
I've still been watching my weight every week, but I felt a bit silly coming on here when I seemed to be getting in the pattern of posting mostly gains and maintains. A couple of weeks ago, I had a weekend away and put more on than I'd put on in the rest of the time I've been in Japan. But I've lost that now, am half a pound lighter than when I last posted, and I'm only 1.5lbs heavier than I was when I left the UK 2 months ago.
I'd reeeeeeally like a loss this week, so I'm eating better food.
I looked at my old group's Facebook page last night, and I'm missing Slimming World quite a lot actually. It just makes so much sense to me, and although I always said I just wanted to maintain on my year abroad (which I am doing, in general), I do miss seeing the number on the scales go down. In the UK in two months, I'd have lost around 8-10lbs.
I'm actually making a care package list for my mum to send things over, and I've written Slimming World Chicken Tikka Massala ingredients
The lovely food here tends to be the stuff that's not so good like fried food. Missing my Slimming World BBQ Chicken and Chicken Tikka!
