That is a lot of swimming - well done you! it could be the cause in fairness - I know I've not been losing as much since exercising more but figure it's worth it slowing down to be fitter. I won't always be keeping up as much exercise so go with it while the mood takes me. lol

I tend to look at the month overall, it pans out I think and you've had a life changing amount of weight lost already so that really does show it works and you'll see the scale move again. Well done staying positive... you can return my words when I have a wobble lol. x

It can do due to muscle water retention. Either way, it will come off and you're still doing amazingly

Gthanks Purple it does seem a bit surreal that I've actually managed to successfully do this. I've had several years where I've just been really unhappy with my weight so I'm really glad I've done something about it.

Looby, as the others have said; it's a fab attitude to have! I put on half a pound a couple of weeks ago (despite being on plan) and when I got home from group (and after a wee! ) I'd lost it so there's no doubt that you've already lost it too

Well done PJ! Everything crossed for your targets. 2 stone is an amazing amount.

Wow Spoony! Oh but to dream of teenage weight! I was 9st 4lb for years until I had my son at 20. Now I’ll be happy to see an 11 in the front.

That’s great Looby. Definitely a ‘girl’ thing, we have the most unpredictable of bodies. I haven’t any kit for nearly 20 years but I still have the phases of water retention and bloat and it’s coming back with a vengeance now I’m in menopause too. You’re also at the perfect weight for it to start second guessing you. Be strong and win, you’ve come so far!

Spoony I'll be drawing on you all here for motivation to keep going when the crunch hits. I have a lot to lose, and have already had someone asking me if I'm ill as I've lost 'so much weight' well it's not like I'm fading away at 15st 5lb I it! lol I did have to laugh but will need to keep my eye on the prize. 11 stone is my target but ultimately I want to look in the mirror and be slim.

Well I can't pretend I'm disappointed with a 'stay the same'! missed out on my 2 stone. But was sat there pondering why and struggling to make sense.
When I won slimmer of the month and the raffle. Slimmer of the month reminded me - 5.5lb is just over half that I lost last month.. but on average is over 1lb a week, I'd be happy with that it's just come very staggered this month.

I have up'd my exercise over the last few weeks too - I got my silver award tonight too.

So.. onward and upward we'll see what October brings.

Well done on the losses!

I lost 1.5lb tonight... I now know next week will be horrid as I've eaten out a lot this week. I would have preferred a maintain.

Purple, a maintain means you're not going up, plus slow and steady wins the race. Our weight loss does slow down; at my group one woman lost 16.5lb in her first weigh in... That is definitely not something you can achieve every week.

Fingers crossed for your award next the week though. I'm sure you'll get it.

Well, seemingly, I'm heading in the wrong direction...half a pound on again this week.

Had a cracking weekend away though, which, although food-wise was absolutely spot on, was a little alcohol fueled!

Next week we're away again for the weekend, so probably won't be any better...but hey ho...I'll be as good as I can be when I can be!
