Well done, girls, on all your losses!
I have stuck 100% to plan this week, even when I went out for a meal at the weekend. I synned every morsel that passed my lips, and was actually sticking to between 7 - 10 syns a day.
However, despite this, the scales were not being kind tonight, and somehow I gained half a pound.
It's not the end of the world though, and I know sometimes our bodies do strange things which we don't deserve...so hey ho...no time to mope.
Will just keep on sticking to plan, and it will all come off soon enough.
