Milly - well done drawing the line - you can totally do this!

Kev - 2lb Is really good going, you know it works now and will get better at logging everything and grabbing the right foods. I agree with AliCat about the marathon not a sprint too. Everyone is different too so maybe you'll see a bigger loss next week because your body has caught onto the plan.

Hang in there!

PurpleJ, I was just using them as a guide as if I'd massively put on I'd probably be a bit more wary!

Was actually a pain weighing myself, got to Boots and their scales were out of order, so went to Asda where I had to ask the pharmacist to use their scales xD was set on getting weighed today!

As it turns out, I've lost a pound and a half! I did weigh having eaten a little less than I usually would, but I did weigh with my belt on which I don't usually, so maybe it evens out?

Very happy with that result! I went for a run today too for the first time in a couple of weeks since injuring my ankle. Was bloody hard, but I ran the full 30 minutes

At least it was expected Milly! My consultant always says if you put it on that quick it can come off just as quick or quicker.

Kev, had you started another diet just before Slimming World? Just looked at your stats is all ^^

Well I had a bit of a shocker tonight - 2lb gain! I did have a cream tea /cakes on Saturday but honestly have been good the rest of the week. Consultant suggested it could be my star week but I'm on the injection so it could be due to that without me having an actual cycle.

So... back to basics, no cream teas this week! lol I need to trim back things like a ready meal for work - I took a quorn curry this week that was 11 syns, I allowed for it but think things like that must be impacting on my week.

Matt - well done on your loss and being determined to weigh.

Thanks PurpleJ!

Shockers are the worse, but you stuck to plan the rest of the week so hopefully you'll get a nice big loss for next week

Well done on the loses and well done on not giving up.

I maintained this week, which I'm actually really happy about. 4.5lb last week was a great loss so it even so nicely. Plus, I'm just relieved not to have another gain in less than a month.

Onwards and upwards (well downwards!)

Milly...well done on drawing a line. Tomorrow is a new day, and a new SW week! Have a good one!

Kev - well done on your 2lb. Don't feel too disheartened...a loss is a loss, and actually, 2lb is a fair weight to lose.

Matt...well done on getting weighed in where you could...1.5lb of is fab! Well done!

PurpleJ...I hate it when we see an unexpected gain. I had one a couple of weeks ago, but it just made me more determined to beat those darn scales, and as a result, I've had 2 good losses since. Stick at it, and you'll see the results you deserve.

Spoonymoose...well done on the maintain...that's great after such a massive loss the previous week.

Well....I, once again, have written every single thing I've eaten down this week. I dropped my syns to between 7 and 10 a day...

..and I lost 3lb!

So that's me got my 7 stone award (at last...it's been a long time coming!).

I also won Slimmer of the Week...

...and I have hit the 3 figure mark, and have hit the century...100.5lb lost!

Looby that is truly incredible!! you're such an inspiration and thank you for your kind words.

Hope you are celebrating 100lb lost in some small way - biggest loser types of losses that is - amazing!

Thanks guys!

I've celebrated by allowing myself some gorgeous garlic and herb cheese grated on top of my SW Greek Style Lamb with Orzo...

...and then I shared a 'Crunchie' bar with my hubby (my half was 5 syns)!

Oh...I do live the high life!
