Well done everyone on such fantastic losses this week.
Well I stuck completely to plan, and managed to lose the 2lb I'd put on last week. Had hoped it might be more, but not going to dismiss the 2lb, as that's pretty good too.
So now back to being that pesky half pound away from my next award!

Good luck with weigh in guys!
I can't go to group today as it was the only chance I had to meet my friend before I go away, so I'm just gonna pop into Boots and use their machine.
Hoping for a 1/2lb loss or a maintain, but wouldn't be surprised if I've gained! I don't usually let a bad day throw me off plan, but I went over syns for a meal slightly, another day I had a bit of a binge so that was 30 syns, a day where I just went for all the lovely food at the meal my nan and grandad put on, and my nieces' birthday meal tonight! Couldn't resist some chips and the fried starter food, and had a fair few minstrels when I got back.
Surprised it's thrown me off as much as it has! It wasn't anything mental (besides the planned screw it day at my nan and grandads), but fingers crossed! Hoping the lighter meals, or some days missing a meal due to not being hungry will limit any damage.

ooh using a different scale might no work well - if you didn't weigh there last week. They all read different so don't be put off if it's not what you expect / want it to be.
I went to a charity fund raiser on Saturday - a vintage tea whereby I ate a lot ore syns thank I should have, I didn't go all out but didn't know where to start in counting them. So we'll see what tonight shows. I've been good the rest of the week so fingers x'd still see a slight loss.

I lost 2lb and feel a bit meh about it if i'm honest. I did pretty well and usually when you just start a diet you get those big losses. I really need to get this ankle ready for exercise

2lb is great Kev! Drink plenty of water, not lager and throw in some speed fruit and veg with every meal. It's a marathon, not a sprint, as the old saying goes. Keep going.
