They aren't showing as a P food on the Syns Online section of the website, but I'm sure I've seen them as part of SP meals!
yeah that's what i seen as well so wasn't sure if i could have them this week....
Are you able to ask your consultant for a verdict either way if you have her mobile number/facebook?
I found an article on Pinterest and the sausages are protein as are the burgers
