Macaroni Cheese
Made this last night as i was really needing something fulfilling, i was feeling very flat yesterday with no energy,it was soooo good and my whole family loved it too, my 5 year old said it was his favorite of all time i feel great today.
It was so easy to make, it would have to be as i'm not the best at cooking, i try my best though.

I've made that recipe before and it is great! Because it uses Red Leicester it looks a lot more appealing than other ones I've seen!
I love Pintrest, and it is fab for recipes and food ideas.
My only advice is to be cautious of the syn value that people quote. There are some recipes on there that don't account for tweaks (using some free foods as a substitute for a synned food item if you weren't aware of them) and also because some recipes are old, the syn values of the food in them have changed, in some cases drastically.
We've just been told of a can of stewed steak that used to be free and is now over 15 Syns. Massive impact on someone's plan without them knowing!

Thanks Sarah, appreciate the advice.
Regarding the can of stewed steak that's allot of syns when it used to be free, thankfully i have never used that, the thought of it doesn't sit well with me to be honest.

I know! It's shocking how drastic some things have changed syn wise. Luckily it's rare that hints change so much, but I can't imagine how I'd feel knowing that the Syns changed so much of something I really liked!
