So going shopping today to Iceland, I might get that free wok when you get 3 uncle ben's products, so if I get the normal Uncle Ben's low syn rice anyone recommend any sauces or anything to go with it?.

I make a stir-fry sauce out of soy sauce, orange juice and Chinese 5 spice. It goes with any combination of meat and veg, so throw in some prawns or chopped chicken and loads of speed veg.

I tend to have the packet rices with chillis and bolognese as a lunch or quick meal.

Or a stir fry with salmon, asparagus, and soy sauce. I usually have flavoured rice, but it takes 10 minutes and it's lovely!
Ali's stir fry sauce sounds lovely though!
