The cottage cheese is free on all plans, same with Quark and fat free fromage frais/yoghurt (like Ali said)

And yes hummus is free, providing it's the SW recipe. Chickpeas are free on the Green plan, but would have to be synned on a Red day.
To make hummus, I use 400g canchickpeas, 2 tbsp fat free yoghurt, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp lemon juice and salt. I also add some paprika to taste all free on EE/Green so it's ideal with carrot sticks or peppers!
