Cauliflower pizza base
I just wondered whether anyone had tried this yet? It seems simple enough.
Mine never stuck together. It just fell apart.
You need too ring out the cauli in a clean tea towel then add the egg too much moisture and it wouldn't hold add a bit of cheese also it really is lush

I made it for our last SW Taster Night.
Was really good. But I agree with Mummybear12....was far too moist, so wringing the cauliflower out after microwaving it would definitely make it better. x
Oh, and I also made a homemade tomato sauce base using onions, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, and passata with added seasoning. Cooked it until it had thickened and then let it cool a bit before putting it on top of the cauliflower base. Added in loads more speed veg too.

Brilliant tips, I'll give it a try soon

I made the Cauliflower Pizza tonight...used Mummybear's tip of wringing out the cauliflower before adding the egg, and it worked much better. Really enjoyed my 'Pizza Night' tonight!
