After my thread the other day (Syns in McDonalds Big Mac?) tonight I thought I'd try slimming worlds version, big mac in a bowl.

Found this recipe and thought I'd share

Extra Lean Mince (250g per portion = 1/4 pounder)
Chopped Onion (1/2 small onion per porion)
Pickled Gherkin Slices
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
2 Dairylea Light Cheese Slices (or 3 Asda lighter cheese slices) (HEA)
2 tbsp Kraft Light Thousand Island Dressing

Shred some lettuce and put in a bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island Dressing.
Fry off the mince and onions with FryLight until the mince is cooked through. Season well with salt and pepper.
Once the mince is browned, spoon on top of the lettuce.
Top with gherkins and layer the cheese over the top.

Absolutely spot on! Taste great I was so eager to taste it I forgot to take a photo of it I'll add pics next time I make it.

BTW the 2 Syns are in the Kraft Light Thousand Island Dressing. 1 per tablespoon

I added some slimming world chips
